Terms and refund policy

Prices are per person in USD and include the programme described on the event page. Flights and hotel accommodation are not included.

Your price is fixed when you complete payment. Places are confirmed only once payment is received, first come first served, while places last.

Transfers: you can transfer your place to another person until 31 Jan 2027 by emailing the Chapter Manager.

Refunds: at EO Bangkok Metropolitan’s discretion, less PayPal fees.

The programme may change for reasons beyond our control. Sun 21 Feb is Makha Bucha, a national holy day with no alcohol sales. Temple dress code applies.
